So a while ago I got some over the counter prenatal vitamins so I could up my chances of getting pregnant. I got two brands. I got the cvs prenatal gummies with DHA&Folic; acid. I also got the one a day women’s prenatal vitamins that’s OB/GYN recommended brand. My confusion is this. The one a day says “if pregnant, breast-feeding, taking medication, or having any medical condition ask health professional before use.” And the cvs brand doesn’t say that at all. 🤔 I’m just wondering why it would say that because if it’s supposed to be good before during and after pregnancy then it shouldn’t matter right? Please give me your opinion. Btw the one a day smell and taste absolutely horrible!!!! They are not expired either. But the cvs brand are not bad.
