A little something that helps sometimes

I’ve been dealing with problems for a little while, once when I was young and I almost did suicide, I’m older now and it hit me again ( not the suicide part but the problems, I guess it’s depression...... I’m not sure it will help everyone but sometimes one is desperate for anything to help during the hardest moments.

During these hard moments, I do something that takes my complete concentration to do. Like drawing for example .... I try to put all my focus into that and block the bad thoughts. You could also do music like singing, dancing, Rapping, playing musical instruments or cooking or just any activity you try to put your mind to.
