Time to go to the hospital?

Seems pretty consistent to me but I’ve been having contractions for only about 30 min now... should I wait a bit longer to track them??

Try to move around as well, if after about an hour and a half of moving around, switching positions and timing them and they stay consistent then go in to get checked
