Regular periods after going vegan
Hi ladies! Who else in here had irregular periods before going vegan? From my first period to a couple months after going vegan, my periods were never regular. I went vegan in June of 2017, and my periods started to regulate in September! I feel more confident now about TTC again since I can accurately track my ovulation. I’m hoping for good news in the coming months 🤞🏻
