How far along am I?

So I got my last period February 13th which according to calculators and things online I’m 5 weeks. But the exact day I conceived was March 1st so wouldn’t that only make me 2 1/2?

They go by your last period and going by the period you said you would be 5 weeks and 1 day today

Most docs will go by the first day of your last period. It can change when you get your first ultrasound. I ended up being about a week earlier than my last period.
