Restless
Hello Loves. I’ve been having a hard time going to sleep at nights for a couple of months now. I will stay up til 3 or 4 am. Don’t wake up so I end up skipping breakfast. Most days I’m so busy AFTER waking up I end up skipping lunch as well. When I get to work, I do eat but it’s small since I’m vegetarian and there isn’t much to choose from.
I am pregnant and I don’t want my habit of not eating and not getting rest affect my unborn. This also makes it hard for me With I attend college.
HELP! I NEED ADVICE!
