Super clingy fur baby

Have any other moms noticed their pets being super clingy, especially the farther along you get? My pittie seems to be getting clingier and clingier the farther I get. I'm 27+5 and she follows me to the bathroom, into the kitchen, and has to be right by me no matter what. She'll even sit by the front door or watch it if I leave. (Only know this because of my roommates). Starting to annoy me, I love her to death but I've found myself pushing her out of my face on multiple occasions.
