Weird rash?

My son is 13 months just had ear tube surgery Wednesday at 7 am idk if this could be a stress rash or something caused by the surgery... any guesses?

looks like “prickly heat” characterized by little red pustules caused by excessive heat exposure but i could be wrong

yours is clearly a much less severe case but here is an example of prickly heat on a child.

It could be his meds or if they put him under the anesthesia could have caused it.

Did they prescribe him medicine!? If so he might be allergic to it
