I’m 12 weeks 3 days and haven’t seen an ultrasound tech yet. I’m going through a self standing birth center so they don’t offer them in the office but I feel like I should have one by now. At least to do a dating scan, measure and make sure everything is growing like it should be, so on and so forth. Idk. I’m going back to see my midwives next week at 13x2 and we’re gonna listen for the heartbeat, but this just feels weird. I mentioned it to my mom and she just said to trust the process. I’m just curious how much I should advocate for it at my next appointment.

I’ve decided I don’t want to do any invasive tests, but I know there are some that I should be having done at the stage and we haven’t done anything other than my initial blood work at like 7 weeks. So I just feel in the dark right now.
