6 days late w/ spotting for 2 hours last night and none now HELP!

Ok so yesterday was officially 5 days late. Around 8pm I wiped and had pink blood. Went to bed a couple hours later and now absolutely nothing again today (6th day late technically). I didn’t test today incase AF comes full force. But has anyone experienced this? My boobs & back are killing me and I’m crampy & achy with what feels like my normal period pain but the lack of bleeding is confusing me. I have endo so my periods usually come full fricken force for 7-9 days and I’ve never been this late. Ahhhhh..... why can’t I be a man??? Hahaa.
