Morning sickness coming and going????

I’m 7.5weeks. From 6.5weeks I had nausea. 6.5weeks I had 3 days of vomiting in the morning and nausea. Now I’ve had 2 days of just nausea, no vomiting and I’m worried 😫 is it normal? Does morning sickness come and go? I’ve had 5 early losses and this is the furthest I’ve been so I can’t help but worry.
