Just noticed this on my 10 month olds hand .. What should I do for it?? Edit: It’s an allergic reaction to ant bites from the play ground.

Looks like little infected pustules or boils.  They need lanced , drained, and properly cleaned.  Definitely a job for his pediatrician or urgent care.

I would soak in Epsom salts to try and draw out that pus.

looks like Hand, foot and mouth. does he have those on feet and inside his mouth?

I would say a possible spider bite but there are another two under it with clear liquid toward the bottom of the finger.

Looks like something bit him and he was allergic. I would pop it with a sterilized pin if it’s pus, and apply antibacterial ointment personally. If it didn’t clear up or got worse, urgent care. Babies that are allergic often get those nasty looking reactions to bug bites.
