Antibiotics

I've been taking birth control for a while and I know antibiotics don't make birth control work properly. And me and my boyfriend had sex we used protection and I got my period the next day (that was this month) but I started taking antibiotics (a couple days ago) for my cystic acne and I'm worried I am going to get pregnant even though I had my period the next day and we used a condom. This makes me sound stupid but I second guess myself all the time so some advice to calm me down would be so helpful
