FTM MUST HAVES ?

Hi! FTM and currently 37 weeks now. We’ve bought all the necessities needed for baby, finished the nursery, etc. and I’m now just waiting for his arrival any day now! 
Are there any products that you can’t live without after your baby was born whether it’s for you postpartum or for baby? 
We have some things to return we got multiples of at our baby shower, so just looking for suggestions on extra things to have that might help make things a little easier!

Get the Fridababy Bidet Mom Washer. It’s a million times better than the bottle from the hospital. 
Halo swaddles (we liked the fleece ones). Get a drawer ready near your changing table with an ear thermometer, Nosefrida, saline drops and diaper rash cream (my favorite is Angel Baby bottom balm, hands down) because those are the things you’ll use most and you’ll want quick access to them.
Buy some changing pad liners (there are some bamboo ones I love from Amazon that come in a 3-pack), and put one on top of your changing pad cover then put the rest next to your changing pad in a drawer so you can easily switch them out when they get dirty. We dont have a lot of big messes with my son anymore, but when he has the occasional blowout it’s nice to have a liner to protect my pretty cover, then throw the liner directly in the wash.
For the newborn stage I loved my Boppy newborn Lounger, and my son would often take naps in his for the first 6-8 weeks of his life. We also used it on our kitchen island while we had dinner so we could admire our beautiful baby lol. 
If you plan to breastfeed, set up a pumping station where you can comfortably sit and pump. I just used my glider in the nursery, and I kept my pump, milk storage pouches, nipple cream, and a nipple pads in the nightstand table in the nursery. On top of the nightstand I have a small lamp with a usb outlet incorporated into the base so I can easily charge my phone, iPad, or my son’s “shusher”. I also have a small white noise machine (Lectrofan) and a noise machine that plays Brahms Lullaby (my son’s favorite sleep tune). The white noise machine is key!
Also, even if you plan to breastfeed, do some research NOW about formula, just in case breastfeeding doesn’t work out. I pumped and dumped for 2 weeks, but I was never allowed to give my milk to my son because of the medication they put me on after I developed several complications and infections. I wish I had researched formula ahead of time so I knew the best options before I was home and stressed out enough dealing with a newborn. Next time I still plan to breastfeed, but I’ll buy enough formula (Lebenswert Bio) to last my baby for the first few weeks since European formula takes between 1-2 weeks to ship to the US.

And if you have a vaginal delivery, you may want to equip your bathroom with a station near the toilet for all your needs.  Witch hazel pads, pads, mesh diapers, derma spray.  
I didntunderstand just how involved going to the bathroom was going to be.

Different nappy creams, a swing (my life saver😂 as my daughter wouldn’t sit with anyone else but me or the swing 😂, any herbal things to help with healing incase you tear, I can’t even think! Goodluck! Xx

ftm due in July here. I've been told numerous times to get a product called Gripe Water. it helps calm baby's tummy and I've seen it in action. it works wonders!
