Easter Time

Hey ladies! I’m absolutely so glad I found this group. So, Easter is around the corner and my parents and I (I’m 17) are going to visit my grandparents for spring break. Sunday I’m assuming I will be obligated to go to church with them. My mother knows, but doesn’t accept the fact that I am an atheist. She believes since I was raised to be catholic that I will stay catholic. I told her I was atheist when I was around fifteen years old. She told me she thought it was sad that I didn’t have a religion. I try to be as respectful as I can about their religion, it just makes me upset that they won’t accept my belief. I haven’t been to church in quite sometime, I’m nervous about going back if they tell me to go with them this Easter. Would it be disrespectful to not use the holy water or say the prayers? I want to go about this carefully and respectfully. Thank you.
