Abortion Pill

Alyssa

I just found out I’m pregnant this week. Probably a max of 9 weeks, not sure exactly.

I’m considering abortion because the pregnancy was unexpected and we would like to be more financially ready first. (I have PCOS and the chances of me getting pregnant without “help” are very slim, so we are a little shocked).

However, I have a lot of mental health issues (severe anxiety, depression, bipolar, previously suicidal and self harming), so I feel like the “suction” method would be a little traumatizing for me personally. I think I could handle the pill method, but I read it has to be done very early on and that the suction way is still more commonly used even in the first trimester. Any ladies out there that used the pill method?

I have an appointment with my obgyn office Tuesday for my initial pregnancy, health history, etc review with the nurse and lab work. I was gonna discuss options with them when I go Tuesday such as pros, cons, future consequences if any, etc.

If anyone has had a similar mindset to me can tell me what they did and how it worked for them or I do on the pill and abortion in general, please let me know below.

(Also, if you’re just gonna tell me Jesus would want me to keep it, please just don’t comment. It’s MY choice. Thanks.)
