mid cycle bleeding (tmi)

tually be implantation bleeding. The issue is... I never got my temp rise this cycle. I had a positive opk (ovulation predictor kit) test about a week ago with some EWCM (egg white cervical mucus) but since I never had a temp rise I figured my body geared up for ovulation but never did. Yesterday before I found the spotting I had another positive opk (ovulation predictor kit) but no fertile mucus at all. This morning I half expected to have full blown AF, but nothing. No more spotting, absolutely nothing. Still no temp rise either so I'm not sure if it could be preovulation bleeding or some sort of anovulary breakthrough bleeding or something... but this is weird to me. I figured I'd take a HCG test in a few days if nothing else shows, but anyone have any ideas or experiences with this in the meantime?
