TMI. Bathroom Stuff.

So when I use the restroom, even if I don't go #2 I always wipe and it's like I have or my liner has a little on it. (Ive been using them recently bc of this and extra discharge) This has been going on since about 6 weeks. Im 10 now. Anybody else experience this?? I keep baby wipes for myself now and that only helps to get clean without rubbing myself raw with toilet paper. It's been a consistent problem, like no matter how much I wipe, there's Always more. It's so embarrassing and just plain frustrating.
