IS THIS A VERY FAINT POSITIVE LINE TO YALL?

So, ( I’m really weird y’all bear with me) for some reason i had the inkling to squeeze my nipples 😂 and when i did like two small little beads of some substance came out of my left breast. None on my right. It was clear and i was SHOOK!!!! 👀👀 Like what in the world???? That has never happened before nor does it happen before AF. So i was hanging out with my friend and she was like let’s go to the dollar store and get a test. So I’m all for it like sure. Then I went to a truck stop and took a pregnancy test on Thursday which was cycle day 23 for me and 6DPO right? So at first I’m like nah this is negative but then I kept looking at it and it slowly started to get this line. So I’m like oh shit.. wait a minute and she was like “are you going to tell you boyfriend” I was like I wanna be sure first so I scheduled a drs appointment for this Thursday on the 29th to do blood work and everything. What do y’all think.. is this a faint positive or am I tripping balls???? Be honest! Don’t mind my hands y’all btw!
