how to keep bartholin's cyst from coming back without surgery?

I had a bartholin's cyst drained last month but it's back. It keeps going up and down.  How to make it not come back besides surgery? I've tried sitz baths but whatever else make it for sure go away without surgery??? I don't not want to take that route.

use a lot of salt in the sitz bath i had it once and the salt and warm water helped me alot never had it again

warm green tea bags help as well. just make sure they are too hot lol

Yeah we just need to have the entire gland removed 😑 so annoying. Mine does the same thing

This happened to me. In the end I️ was so annoyed with it being still there that I️ got it removed. The doctor said that when she took it out it was massive and that it wouldn’t go away on its own.
