I’ve lost my whole breast milk supply HELP!

So when i started going back to school i saved up 100 plus ounces of milk plus i was adding to it every day with at least 10-15 ounces....in the beginning of this month up to a few days ago i was sick n my baby literally drank through her supply....does anyone have any advice on how to get it back? I’m in college so i really only have a month left before summer break! 😭 i really don’t want to give her formula but i only have 14 ounces frozen....currently on spring break so i really want to try to get my supply up
