Lower abdominal/Bladder pain?? Help

Alright ladies. I need your help. Bare with me, I dont have any sort of health insurance (already got the speeches about getting it. I know, I suck, Im a slacker) Well, this morning after going pee there was a sharp pain. The best way I can think of how to explain it is: it felt like a balloon/bladder whatever, was expanding, and the more it did the worse it felt. Hurt to push afterwards but it also feels almost like Ive been holding everything wayyyyy too long. Cranberry juice and Azo pain relief usually helps a little, but itll drift away eventually. But Im curious whats going on.
