Wtf does this mean ??

Me and my boyfriend been together for like 10 months now . He doesn’t really express himself using words . Like I asked him y he like me he said I’m goofy ,’. I asked him how he feels about me he couldn’t answer I asked him why he with me he said because he likes me . Don’t get me wrong he does little things to show me he cares . But lately he’s been saying “you know ur my favorite right “ . I’m probably reading way too into this but wtf that could mean 10000 things . Hmmm he probably mean best girl he’s been with right ? Idk lol
