I’ve had a few drops of brown spotting.

I’ve also had some pretty bad heartburn and fatigue, Here is my cycle. It’s way too early for this to be implantation isn’t it? I haven’t had a period in 2 months due to getting treated for a pregnancy of “unknown location” I’m on my third month now, and finally got AF. so I think my ovulation dates are way off,

but even so, doesn’t it take 10 days for implantation bleeding to occur after ovulation? It’d be too early.

I’m confused as to why I’m having spotting, it’s quite random and I’ve never had spotting between cycles except when I was pregnant. Help?
