Evening Primrose Oil?

Anyone use EPO to help induce naturally and actually have it work??
What other natural induction methods have worked for you?

Epo doesn’t induce labor all it’s meant to do is soften your cervix. For some women softening the cervix starts everything else. I’ve been taking it since 35 weeks orally and vaginally and I’m now 39 weeks all it has done is soften my cervix nothing else at all. But to each their own

I used it my last pregnancy. I also drank red raspberry leaf tea, ate dates, ate a ton of pineapple, lots of walking (like at least 2 miles a day), lots of sex, bouncing on my exercise ball, running stairs (like 30 min at a time), I made labor inducing cookies. I literally did everything. I had my son at 41 weeks exactly. I read that if baby and your body are not ready to go into labor, none of this will work unless you’re already close to going into labor on your own.

Been doing evening primrose and red leaf tea and sex for a week and I’ve had one day (yesterday) with holy hell contractions and back pain after sex and lasted 18+ hrs and today im fine 😫  i think when our body is ready we will have these babies! But I’m still trucking along this path to try not to be medically induced.

I believe I started taking it orally @ 34 weeks and added vaginally 36 weeks. And 37 week check up 1/2 cm dilated & 38 week I’m up to 1 cm. I do raspberry tea here and there and try to get walks in at least half the week. I feel like labor will happen when you are relaxed so I have been trying not to get stressed out with school so baby can come quicker.
