Weight loss Journey Now Pregnant..
Hey Guys 👋🏽 soooo I’m kinda stuck right now !! Since Jan 1st I’ve been on a weight loss journey and I’ve lost 20lbs so far! But this March I found out I’m pregnant and well it’s been like a cheat month!
I have been over eating and eating bad! I usually eat 1,500 calories a day but now that I’m pregnant I don’t know how much I should eat. I was told to limit my exercise until I get my okay from the doctor at 8 weeks.. But I was thinking of maybe looking up on YouTube some pregnancy workouts! And walking more if it’s not rainy.
What do you guys do?
