Braxton Hicks?

So a little back story, I'm 22 weeks 4 days with my second pregnancy after losing my first to Cervical Incompetence. I got a cerclage put in at 13 weeks and have been getting cervical length ultrasounds weekly. So far my cervix has been long and closed with no funneling, so very good. My next cervical scan is friday. But yesterday I had what I think were contractions. They weren't painful just uncomfortable and really hard tight feeling down on my uterus. It happened twice yesterday and just happened again today for the first time. They don't last very long but they freak me out. I'm wondering if these are the Braxton hicks contractions and If it's normal this early to have them. Should I call and try to get seen tomorrow to check? Did any other ladies have this after a cerclage? I'm super nervous this whole pregnancy and I don't want to be over reacting. I'm just so scared of losing another baby.
