Is it normal?
I don’t know what to call it, I think it’s like a contraction? I’m currently 17+2 and every once and a while maybe once or twice a day my lower abdomen where baby is will tighten up and get tense for about 30 seconds and then go away.. it’s not painful.
Is this normal? What is it?
I’m going to call my ob but I’m curious if anyone else has experienced this?
