i want to do eyeshadow like this for prom, how do i get it very shiny like this?

Using a eyeshadow primer helps a lot. I have certain pallets that the glitter doesn’t show up that good but some pallets have amazing pigmented glitter. Also liquid eyeshadows are good too. I’m on a budget so this stuff does wonders!

You need to use a glitter (obviously) and cover your brush in Mac fix +, you could also use a strobing cream before

The lid is obviously loose pigments. Look for a purply chrome one
