The first 4 he didn’t but molars coming in and he went between 99.6-100.6 for a few days

My son pretty much always gets a fever when he's about to pop a tooth. His molars were HELL. His fever sprung up to 102 with every single one of them.

i used to work in a daycare and the children would always fever before teeth erupted, but it should not go over 101 from my understanding, as that signifies more of an infection than it does teething
