No period????

Sooooo I have the mirena (been over 2years) & I had very small periods, however I haven't gotten it for the last 2 month? I had discharge (normal), but no period. I'm about to be 41 next month.... could I be going to menopause? I took two pregnancy tests & both came up negative. Could I still be pregnant? Ugh 😑
