Ladies I need some advice.! “So lately the past couple of weeks have been a little bit stressful or can I say.... “Have been a bit of a challenge.” Barely eating like twice a day, with big time gaps in between. I believe this job I am working all hours with. Bills and trying to managing on a small base hourly rate income. Really hoping to get back in school to get my career started. I am going to be 25years this year with a 6year old daughter, and don’t really have nothing to show the proof. I have been working on my Love life as well it’s been on a little roller coaster as well. I need help on what is there I can do to get my weight back on my. “As an Happy 😊 Weight💪🏼🍑. I have been told within the last four to five days. That I have lost to much weight. Now I know my weight fluctuates up and down. But not as bad as it has recently. “So the question is what are some things that I can do to gain my weight bad with my eating habits on me getting my weight back my toning and shaping it for the right areas?
