Biotin recommendations??

I’ve been using this brand forever and I feel like it doesn’t work ! Can anyone recommend a biotin pill that is natural, (non GMO) and actually works!! I don’t just want to hike up the dosage and look like a wolf .. just want some results !! Help !!

You're not going to see results with biotin quickly. You have to take them regularly every day for months to really see a difference. The hair that's already grown in and on your head isn't just magically going to become thicker. It takes time for thicker hair and nails the grow in with biotin supplements.
