I started getting them regularly at 28 weeks, now I'm almost 34 weeks and they are constant and starting to feel more like menstrual cramping now too

I did with my first singleton pregnancy and I started this time with the twins right around when second trimester started. I just get them all the time, bladder too full, need to drink more water, doing a lot of walking, just laying here looking at my phone.
