Can days of positive opks mean twins?

I’m on day 4 of positive opk, can that mean I’m releasing more than one egg? I’m on clomid but twins do run in my family. My grandma is a fraternal twin. I’ve never had this happen before in 3 years of using OPKS. Has anyone with multiples have this happen?

Happened to me! I had been using opk’s for a few months. In November I had 7 straight days of positive results. I honestly figured they were faulty (i had gotten the cheap strips, when before I had gone with clear blue). Well... got pregnant that month and sure enough it’s fraternal twins!

I'm not sure what opk means but I was on clomid and had an iui. Twins also run in my family. I have twin sisters and twin cousins and now I'm having twins :)
