So I am currently pregnant and keep thinking about how things will go once my baby arrives. My boyfriend’s family smoke cigarettes a LOT and they live in a home full of amazing animals, so they tend to have lots of pet hair on their clothing or pet dander. I don’t want my son breathing in any tobacco residue when my boyfriend’s parents come to visit after birth. It’s not like they can just wash their clothes and not smoke before coming, they smoke everywhere they go. I’m already at a loss on when I would even feel comfortable visiting their home after he is born. I will more than likely have them come visit at my house. But...they’ll still reek of tobacco.

What should I do? I know they’re excited for their grandson to come! But I will not risk his health.
