On the 2nd March I had an emergency C-section. Surgery was fine and thought I was healing. Had a check up at day 11 and I had developed an infection. The scar was open a little (about 2cm) and it was weeping and smelt. Had antibiotics and finished them a week ago. Had a lot of pain with the infection too and that has eased a bit and also the weeping has stopped. The scar is still open though. Don't know if this is normal (1st baby) or do I need to go back to the doctor? Tried getting a picture but not clear enough.
