A little nutrition advice

First off I am paranoid, this is my 4th pregnancy...my 3rd ended in a miscarriage at 12 weeks and I blame myself that I did something wrong. I am only 5 weeks along but I don’t want to jeopardize this pregnant in any way, I am 35. I don’t feel I can handle another miscarriage and I am getting too old so in other words I want to do everything right so I can end my final pregnancy with a beautiful healthy baby.

1. I love my pop in the morning, I don’t like coffee or tea and I get sick of water. Does anyone have any recommendations for some good drinks to have at work.

2. I know sandwich meat and some cheeses are off limits, is string cheese ok?

3. I have never been a real lunch eater. I would do a granola bar in the morning and wait until dinner. Is little healthy lite snacks go throughout the whole day good or should I have the 3 main meals

4. When I did eat lunch at work I would bring a sandwich, can’t eat meat so any other ideas. I don’t like to eat fast food and I don’t have a microwave
