Anyone else's baby still getting up every 2-3 hours!?

Anyone else!? Tips or tricks are welcomed!! She'll be 5 months next week and still getting up every 2 hours. She was getting better but right around the 4 month mark she went backwards and it had stuck for almost a month now 😫

Maybe she’s going through the regression since it got worse. Now is the time to Instill better sleeping habits though, I hear once they beat the 4 month regression it’s a whole new world. I think my daughter just finished it, now sleeping from 7:30-4 before feeding. We started using a sleep sack and I put her in her bed while she was still awake every night. It was rough at first, but now she puts herself to sleep every night!

We literally JUST grew out of this stage! Went from getting up every 2-3 hours to every 5-7. Stay strong, there’s s light at the end of the tunnel!

My girl is on a feeding tube every 3 hours she gets 90mls so I'm up every 3 hours for a hour and 1/2. I'm so tired. But worth it.

My baby is breast fed but for her last feeding before bed I give her a bottle with just a small amount of rice cereal (she LOVES IT) then we go to her room where there is no tv and just the lamp is on and we will talk about our day and I’ll rub her head and then she’s out for 7-10 hours.

I also took the lead from my little boy. 
He gradually was getting moodier and wanting to go down earlier so I moved bath time forward and hour. 
I also stick to the bath, bottle, bed routine. 
He’s responded really well to white noise since birth and I’ve now bought a teddy that plays for 60 minutes then senses when hes stirring and plays again. 
After bath time when im doing his bottle I turn the light off and don’t socialise with him as much and once he’s gradually getting sleepier I put him in his cot and leave him with his teddy playing. That is between 8 and half past. I don’t see him til 6.30 in the morning then

My daughter will be 5 months on Sunday and her sleeps 9 to 10 hours at night without waking up. she has been sleeping like this starting at 3 months

No routine i let him sleep when he wanted and at 3 months he was already sleeping 7-9 hours at night
