My identical twin sister had a baby year ago and she told me that her contractions never got that bad. And the only reason she got an epidural was because she wanted to be able to nap while dilating to a 10. She also said she was having regular contractions for the two days leading up to going to the hospital. My pregnancy has been pretty similar to hers. Small baby bump, heart burn, little pregnancy symptoms. I’m just wondering if I can kind of plan on my labor and delivery being similar?
