If the parent is high around the child personally I would say the parent is wrong. If the parent isn’t high/smoking around the child I don’t really see an issue as far as being a parent is concerned. I’m not a smoker just my opinion.

I’m not a smoker. For me think if said parents is (high) around kids than that makes them a bad parent.  If kids are sleeping are somewhere else than fine do what you what 🤷‍♀️.

My fear would be that something happened while I was under the influence....not that I’m a weed smoker anyway. But if your child needs to go to the hospital and your high...they will call CPS

Depends on the parent. I will say that I once bought into the whole “weed helps my depression” bullshit for several years. It doesn’t. Someday it’s gonna catch back up and you’ll be worse off. Go see a doctor. Find a medication that works.

As long as you aren't doing it around your child nor high around your child I've never seen a problem with it. Now if you're high around your kid, there's the issue of your full attention isn't on them and if something did happen you'd be in trouble.

If you are smoking then going to your child, yes. Because you will still be high, and the smell of it is still there. My neighbors smoke weed inside their house and the smell comes all the way over here and makes me extremely sick.
