So uncomfortable

I’m 39+3. Had an appt yesterday where doc did a stretch but not a sweep and i was 2cm when she checked me. I’ve lost a littleee bit of my mucus plug but not a lot and I spotted a bit yesterday. I have been SO crampy since my appt. It’s more like constant period cramps though and it doesn’t come and go. Anyone else feel this way? I’m just not sure what I should expect next..
