Postpartum belly?

How did you mommas lose the belly after you had your LO?  I’m 6 months postpartum and I just can’t lose this damm belly!  Any workout ms?? -TIA-

I’m 2 months postpartum and something that has helped me so much is doing a 1 minute plank during every time I give my daughter tummy time.  She loves watching me do the planks too!

8 months pp and struggling with the same

Up until I was cleared for exercise I took gentle walks and once I was cleared I did a four week workout to heal any diastasis recti separation I might have (which I was lucky and didn’t have anything major, but still wanted to be cautious). I personally did the first four weeks of Kelsey Wells PP recovery workout for that, but there are tons of programs out there. Since then I’ve been doing Alexia Clark’s workouts and I have been thrilled with how my stomach has bounced back. It’s five circuit training workouts a week with an emphasis on lifting and they vary every single day (I’ve been doing them for three months now and its never been the same workout yet) . .. I do them in our garage but you could do them at a gym too; she has a home option or a gym one(you do need a basic set of dumbbells to do the home one). She also has a 30 minute option and an hour option everyday which is nice too, so I often doing more than the 30 minute one, but not the full 60 minute one. I often workout with my daughter in her bouncer next to me and I put on kids songs  on Spotify and sing to her while I workout. She loves it.

Breastfeeding helped a lot. I am 6weeks pp and I stayed active. Walking everyday till I get cleared to do more.
