Please help

I'm almost 20 weeks pregnant and I just got up to pee, I had a bit of gas and that's when I really started to hurt. My right side of my low stomach hurts to even walk. I'm fine if I'm sitting. The moment I try to lie down I'm crying in pain. Should I go to ER? Has this happened to you?

UPDATE:

I sat in bed for about 10/15 mins and then it just went away. 🤷🏻‍♀️
