Tips on staying healthy
Okay so I’m only 5 weeks and 3 days but I already crave donuts for breakfast and anything cheese like around lunch/dinner. Overall I’m a very petite/healthy person I’m gluten and dairy free so I’m assuming that’s why I’m craving those now. My question is for all those gluten free moms how did you stay gluten free and fight the constant hunger ? Not as concerned about the dairy as I am gluten free I get bad joint probs from inflammation so I’m worried if I splurge my joints will flare up again!
