4 weeks 2 days pregnant and light pink discharge!

Guys I am super worried I got my BFP on Sunday went in to the doctor Monday did blood work and hcg level was 27, went back yesterday and hcg was 49! I have to go back again tomorrow to make sure numbers are still rising and doubling! But I woke up this morning to a tiny bit of very light pink discharge so I took another test to make sure lines are still there top test was yesterday’s bottom was today’s I feel like it’s way darker so I’m guessing numbers are going to be higher tomorrow but why the pink discharge?! Super worried ):
