BABY ACNE???

Is this baby acne? If so, what did you do to soothe the redness. It’s only in her cheeks she’s 10 weeks old.

Her baby acne dried up, I put some breast milk. And they went away. Now she has dryness on her cheeks, just putting some Vaseline to help it.

My sons baby acne looked like that, I treated it by washing his face with water and using Avenno eczema therapy twice a day.

Looks a little more like a rash, to me. I would ask your Ped.

That’s what my sons face looked like when we used the swaddle blankets in the hospital. When we took him home and used our own it went away on its own quickly. It was the material or maybe the detergent on it irritating his skin
