Morning after pill

I have a question about the pill?? If I took the pill the same day I had intercourse but still conceived, could that mean I was pregnant already or could I have gotten pregnant that day?? I had ewcm on the 21st of feb.. so that means we done it on the 17 day after my period.. we also did it on the 12 or 13 day after my period.
