Letrozole twins-sorry this post is long

Hey everyone. Hubby and I have been trying for baby #2 for 10 years! I have taken clomid, clomid/metformin, metformin alone to help regulate cycles. Provera to kick start cycles when I wasn’t having them then taking clomid once I had cycles. Fast forward to October 2017 I finally have a doctor that’s listening to me, he did the HSG test for me and both of my tubes had been blocked. He cleared out my right one but was unsuccessful with the left. He then put me on 2.5mg of Letrozole and 1500mg of metformin. I didn’t ovulate for 2 cycles at those doses. Feb he has me on 5mg of Letrozole and I didn’t take the metformin(couldn’t afford both meds that month). So Friday March 2nd I get my bfp! Over the moon excited until I realize I could miscarry because of my PCOS. I get a nurse practioner to listen to me and she send me for an early ultrasound. I went in Tuesday that just past and got the results back today! Holy $h!t it’s twins! I can’t believe it!!!! Hubby is beyond excited. My parents are so happy, his parents are happy. I’m scared to death. If there’s anyone out there pregnant with twins please tell me everything is going to be just fine?
