Concerned—tmi warning!!

Was Dr yesterday and am only 4weeks but said he didn’t see any reason for light spotting I complained of. My HCG and progesterone was good but will be repeated tmrw. Tonight my spotting got worse thick mucusy dark brown and pink when I wiped all on toilet paper. Now I’m feeling so burning....Should I be concerned? Sorry for TMI.
